People are looking for clues and guidance for navigating life situations or to prepare for the future. At the most part we are training/teaching church members to use the bible problem solve their life situation.
How you package your ministry will force customers/members to want to pick up your teaching and learn to use them. All of the elements that are included in the package is limited by what's available to the ministry.
People have different needs and if you don't know about them, you are just throwing stuff in the air, assuming what they need and are limiting their capacity for growth.
